How long does it take to make a piece? Because everything is made to order, please allow time for us to craft your piece with care before it ships. Current processing times are listed in the banner of our website.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow our standard processing time before your order ships, plus shipping transit time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your package is on its way. Check the top banner on our website for current processing times.
Do you ship internationally? No, not at this time.
Can I request a custom piece? We love custom requests! Reach out to us with your idea, and we'll let you know if it's something we can create, along with timing and pricing.

Caring for Your Jewelry
How do I care for my jewelry? To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Avoid moisture — remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Apply last — put on jewelry after applying perfume, lotion, and hairspray, as these products can dull or discolor metal and stones.
- Store it properly — keep pieces in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, away from direct sunlight.
- Clean gently — wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue. For metal pieces, a gentle jewelry polishing cloth works well; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
- Take it off before activities — remove jewelry before sleeping, cleaning, or doing manual work to prevent bending, scratching, or catching.
What should I avoid? Avoid contact with chlorine, saltwater, perfume, lotion, and household cleaning products, as these can cause discoloration or damage over time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? All sales are final sale since each piece is handmade and made to order.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Please contact us within 5 of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange a piece for a different size or style? All sales are final sale.
